Shipping Policy

Luna Éclat Jewellery ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to processing and dispatching orders in a timely manner. By placing an order through our website, you ("the customer" or "you") agree to the terms set forth below.

Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Orders are typically shipped within 2–4 working days.

  • Orders placed on Fridays will generally be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday.

  • Public holidays, sales periods, and peak seasons may result in longer processing times.

Delivery Times and Responsibilities

  • The delivery times stated on our website are average estimates only.

  • International deliveries may be subject to delays caused by customs clearance or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, Luna Éclat Jewellery cannot be held responsible for delays.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to track their order and follow up directly with the relevant delivery company in the event of a delay.

International Orders

  • All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country are not included in the price of goods purchased and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • We are unable to estimate the amount of these fees. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for more information before placing an order.

  • Customs clearance may delay the shipping process. Such delays are entirely outside our control, and Luna Éclat Jewellery shall bear no liability for them.

Domestic and International Shipping Carriers

  • Our domestic carrier is Royal Mail, which may hand international orders over to a local carrier in the destination country.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Customs Duties, Address Accuracy, and Refunds

  • Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for the payment of any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees.

  • In the event that an order is un-deliverable due to:

    • an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer,

    • failure to pay customs duties or related fees, or

    • cancellation of the order after dispatch,

the shipping costs incurred by Luna Éclat Jewellery (ranging from £8 to £25, depending on the package size and weight) will not be refundable.

  • In such cases, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total order amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded once the package has been safely returned to us.

  • Refunds will not be processed until the returned package has been received.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping within the UK is £3.45 for orders under £50.

  • Orders of £50 or more qualify for free delivery.

  • For international orders, shipping fees vary depending on destination, size, and weight.

Agreement to Terms
