Return & Refund

By purchasing products from Luna Éclat Jewellery  (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.

 

1. Returns

1.1 You may request to return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at infolunaeclat@gmail.com with your order number for instructions.

1.2 Returned items must be in saleable, unworn, and undamaged condition, with original packaging intact. Items received outside the 14-day return period will not be accepted.

1.3 Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide pre-paid return labels. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

1.4 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the item(s) returned in accordance with these terms.

1.5 Non-returnable items:

  • Earrings and other pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons).

  • Sale items (all sale purchases are final).

  • Items damaged, altered, or showing signs of wear.

1.6 Orders returned to us by Royal Mail or international shipping partners due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address or non-collection) will be refunded for the item cost only. Delivery charges will not be refunded unless the error was caused by us.

2. Faulty Goods

2.1 All products are inspected prior to dispatch.

2.2 If your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at infolunaeclat@gmail.com Please include photographs to expedite resolution.

2.3 Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted and will be deemed misuse by the buyer.

3. Refunds

3.1 Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

3.2 If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

3.3 If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at infolunaeclat@gmail.com

 

4. Undelivered Parcels

4.1 A parcel may be returned to us if:

  • No one is available at the delivery address;

  • The courier is unable to leave the parcel in a safe place; or

  • Customs duties (for international orders) remain unpaid.

4.2 In such cases, we will refund the item cost once the parcel is returned to us. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

4.3 If you still wish to receive the items, you must place a new order.

 

5. International Customers

5.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring that accurate delivery details are provided and for paying any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

5.2 If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer,

  • Non-payment of customs duties, or

  • Order cancellation after dispatch,

we will deduct the actual shipping cost incurred by us (ranging from £8 to £25, depending on parcel size and weight) from your refund.

5.3 Refunds for international returns will only be processed once the parcel has been received back by us.

 

6. Agreement

By placing an order with Luna Éclat Jewellery, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Returns & Refunds Policy.
