By purchasing the Lucky Dip Bag from Luna Éclat Jewellery (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“the customer” or “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
Product Description:
Each Lucky Dip Bag contains three (3) surprise items, selected at our sole discretion from our range of current products, discontinued products, sample products, or unreleased items. While we will make reasonable efforts to include a mix of product types (e.g., rings, necklaces, bracelets, or earrings), no specific product type, style, or material is guaranteed.
Value Assurance:
Each Lucky Dip Bag contains items with a combined retail value of no less than £55, based on the standard retail price of each product at the time of offer.
Requests and Preferences:
Customer requests for specific products or styles will not be accommodated. If a ring size is provided, we will take this into consideration; however, there is no guarantee that a ring will be included.
Final Sale / No Returns Policy:
By purchasing a Lucky Dip Bag, you acknowledge and agree that all items are sold “as is” and are considered final sale. Due to the promotional nature of this offer, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the surprise selection.
